The Brilliance Debutante Cotillion
THE PROGRAM
The Brilliance Debutante Cotillion is an exceptional opportunity for young ladies in the Hampton Roads area to experience an exciting assortment of educational workshops and social activities, as well as become eligible to win college scholarships by participating in the annual scholarship essay contest. The program runs from May to November each year, and the annual ball takes place in November, hosting around 150 guests.
